B&B Plaza Italia is an elegant house, with two floors of comfortable and ample spaces, decorated with fine furniture, exquisite works of art and some modern touches that make it a warm, functional and enjoyable place to stay.
The Second floor, is exclusively devoted to the privacy of the guests. It consists of a central hall and three rooms of generous dimensions, finely and warmly decorated. One of these rooms is the largest room of the house and can accommodate up to four persons. The other two bedrooms accommodate two persons each and can be prepared either with King Size beds or Two Separate beds, allowing them to adapt to different housing needs.
Downstairs there is a reception room with a computer console that has a high speed internet connection, which guests can use, free of charge. There are also two double rooms that can be prepared either with double or twin beds, depending on what is required. Furthermore, there are two important common areas overlooking a courtyard garden. One of them is the living room and the other is a dining room where breakfast is served with homemade sweets, a variety of regional products, toasts, pastries, cereals, yogurth, cheese, squeezed Orange Juice and Seasonal Fruits.
The Garden is another entertaining space on the ground floor of the house, where our guests can enjoy a pleasant and quiet moment, either by pausing to read, conversing with friends or sipping a glass of fine wine from Mendoza.
Also, on this floor is the residence of the owners who personally attend to the home, ensuring a pleasant stay with careful, attentive and efficient attention, arranging different services such as: transportation, excursions to the Andes, outdoor mountain activities, horseback riding, visits to wineries, skiing and restaurant reservations.
